“You guyyys! All the FEELS!” I squealed from the back of my camera!
(If you’ve ever been in front of my lense before, you know I get VERY excited when I take a shot that takes my breath away, or gives me goosebumps!) Claire & Kurt gave me all of the above!
As I peeked over the top of my camera, grinning from ear to ear, Claire & Kurt were still locked in to each other; forehead to forehead, nose to nose. It was a sweet moment that, for me, culminates the entire feel of our time together.
Claire & Kurt are recently engaged, and are seriously such a sweet & fun couple! We hit it off right away as we walked toward our first stop, the incredibly beautiful, Music Hall.
Not only do the future Mr. & Mrs. Gallant live near OTR, but it holds many special locations & moments for them. And throughout our session, we got to feature some of their special spots as we told their love story through my lens! Kurt proposed to Claire on their favorite street in OTR, Orchard! And seriously, some of my favorite photos from their session are taken right at this incredibly sentimental location! An honorable mention also goes to one of Claire’s favorite murals, where we took my second favorite photos of the session! (I can’t wait for you to see all of these below! But don’t skip ahead, keep reading!)
I’m not sure what I enjoyed more: the tour of OTR, with all of it’s amazing murals & restaurants, store fronts and landmarks, or the pleasure of Claire & Kurt’s company! They were super thoughtful; offering to help me with all of my things (I totally bring a wagon to most full sessions now, lol), and also protecting me from traffic as we crossed the busy streets! They are all together lovely and a breath of fresh air!
Claire & Kurt were so full of joy and laughter the entire session that I couldn’t help but also smile & laugh as we captured the absolute cutest shots of these two lovebirds! Kurt was constantly whispering to his girl and making her giggle with delight; which is a photographer’s dream because they needed no prompting to create beautiful, authentic images that reflect not only their love, but their friendship!
All in all, I am here for Claire & Kurt and their infectious joy! I see a beautiful marriage & partnership in their future and I’m wishing & sending all the good things that life has to offer their way! #TeamGallant
